Airlift is based on true events of an evacuation process in Kuwait by the Indian Government after Kuwait was invaded by Saddam Hussain. Akshay Kumar who played the lead in the movie went onto win the National Film Award for Best Actor.

Released in the year 2007, Black Friday is a film that covers the story of one of the darkest days in Mumbai’s history: the 93 bomb blasts.
